I understand that adapting new fitness habits can be very difficult and often intimidating. My goal is to change your view about fitness so that it becomes a part of who you are. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
My career as a fitness professional spans over 20 years. With prior experience as a teacher, I have always had a great passion for educating and helping people to improve themselves. Hence, the transition to personal training was a very easy one. I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have specialized education in performance enhancement, corrective exercise, nutrition and body fat reduction, to name a few. With over 50,000 hours of personal training under my belt, I have helped hundreds of individuals of all ages to achieve their fitness and health goals. In my years as an educator, I found that education is key to being successful at anything in life so my priority has always been to educate my clients about the specifics of their goals. By doing so, they not only learn how to execute a certain task but also gain a clear understanding of why they are doing it. I believe that the body is our temple so we should be well educated on how to take care of it. The greatest reward that I have received as a fitness professional is watching my clients transform, not only physically but emotionally and mentally as well.
